Publicity Team (Team Member)

To assist the Publicity Coordinator in the advertising of church events, throughout the year

Responsible To: Publicity Coordinator
Time Committment: Approx. one hour per week
                                                                                                                
As part of this role a volunteer would have the following responsibilities:
  • Meet regularly with the Publicity Coordinator to plan publicity for events and activities
  • Carry out any tasks as advised by the Publicity Coordinator
  • To update notice boards as directed by the Publicity Coordinator


A volunteer in this role would require some or all of the following attributes:
  • An outgoing personality
  • Reliable
  • An interest in advertising events
  • Able to liaise with people inside and outside church
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to use a computer


In order for someone to be able to perform this role the following training and support will be given:
  • Initial training and ongoing support arranged by the Publicity Coordinator
